Nostradamus and the predictions

As many of you would know, Nostradamus has predicted many thing that have happened way past his demise as well as many of things that are going to happen. (Here say) He wrote a book called the Centuries. They were a book of 4 liner poems called Quatrains. each Quatrain was in a century. Many believed that he was full of it! If you read some of his Quatrains you can decide for yourself!

I have put one I have decifered myself after reading most of his centuries. 

I put you to the challange.

The following year discoveries through flood,
Two chiefs elected, the first one will not hold:
The refuge for the one of them fleeing a shadow,
The house of which will maintain the first one plundered.

I have a theory as to what this quatrain may be....

The following year discoveries through flood - the floods in Australia that took many lives

Two chiefs elected, the first one will not hold - Prime Ministers Kevin Rudd, Julia Gillard. Kevin Rudd was withdrawn

The refuge for the one of them fleeing a shadow - Many judged and critisised Rudd after John Howard

The house of which will maintain the first one plundered - Refers to Julia Gillard as being the 1st EVER woman Prime Minister. The house refers to the House of Parliment.
